We are proud to have many local suppliers that delivers raw materials to our kitchen. Our goal is to use more local food suppliers as long as it is possible, we believe this will give our menu a special and a unique experience.

• Angus meat from Ullestad. The Angus has been grassing on Utkilen and Bakka, the neighboring island here in Kilstraumen.
• Egg from Troppå gard in Meland.
• Seafood from our nearby area. The coast area outside of Austrheim is  a natural place to get our raw materials to all of our seafood. Local fishermen, Nordhorland Fisk, NMP Marine Produkter and Solund Mat are good partners. Monkfish, halibut, salmon and trout, crayfish, crab and other delicacies from the sea is best when it is as local as possible. It is our ambition to get local food which we hope you as a customer appreciates.
• Cakes from Aufera. This local growth company is making sure to provide us good cakes.
